  1. What are the dates of the Sweepstakes?

    The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 am ET on February 3, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 pm ET on March 31, 2025.

  1. Who can enter?

    Sweepstakes is open to [1] legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), [2] who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, [3] have a valid passport that does not expire prior to December 31, 2025.

  1. What do I have to do to enter?

    To enter the Sweepstakes, go to BarclaysPublicUPLS.com
    and follow the instructions provided on the online entry form including:

    (1) Complete the registration form by providing the information required which will include your name, complete mailing address, email and phone number.
    (2) Agree that you are 21 years of age or older.
    (3) Agree that you have read and accept the Official Rules.
    (5) Affirm that you have a valid passport that does not expire prior to December 31, 2025.
    (6) Click the “Submit” button. 

  1. How is the winner determined?

    On or about April 1, 2025, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period under the direction of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

  1. Can I enter more than once?

    There is a limit of one (1) entry for the entire Promotion Period.

  1. What can I win?

    A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for Winner and one guest to London, England to attend a Premier League Soccer Match from May 22, 2025 through May 26, 2025. Trip consists of round-trip business class air transportation from a major international airport nearest Winner's home to London, England, four (4) nights’ double occupancy hotel accommodations, round trip ground transportation to hotel from airport, round trip ground transportation to and from Premier League match/tour, one (1) tour as determined by Sponsor, a Welcome Dinner, $1,000 cash for spending money for Winner (awarded in the form of a check) and two (2) tickets to a match as determined by the Sponsor on May 25, 2025. The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $8,148.30 that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Depending upon the Prize Winner’s federal tax rate, this amount may only cover a portion of the tax liability owed. Maximum Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $35,309.30. All specifics of travel will be at Sponsor’s discretion. Some restrictions may apply.
